KKT has been named one of Gyeonggi Province’s Job Creation Excellent Companies for 2025, joining a group of 50 businesses recognized this year for strong performance in employment growth and workplace quality.

The announcement was made during the province’s official certification ceremony held on December 2 at the Ibis Ambassador Hotel in Suwon. The event, hosted by Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, brought together provincial officials and representatives from the 60 companies honored across two categories: Job Creation Excellent Companies and Youth-Friendly Workplaces.

Launched in 2009 as the first program of its kind in Korea, the certification initiative evaluates companies on a broad set of employment indicators, including job growth, retention rates, and employee welfare. To qualify for the Job Creation category, companies must meet strict criteria, such as achieving more than 10% employment growth with at least five new hires, or adding ten or more employees within the year.

KKT’s inclusion in this year’s list underscores the company’s continued commitment to job creation and improvements to workplace conditions. Provincial officials noted that despite economic challenges, certified companies collectively demonstrated significant hiring activity, contributing to stronger labor-market stability across the region.
